NinjaOne is seeking an accomplished Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow our IT Operations platform team. You will own the technology direction, guide feature delivery, and mentor engineers across UI and server domains for scalable cloud services in AWS.
In this remote-friendly role, you will collaborate with product management and platform engineering to align roadmaps with customer needs. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in distributed software, 3+ years in engineering management,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of distributed software development experience.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern web UI development.
- Experience with security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide full stack software development technical expertise for team success.
- Lead and grow distributed UI and Server teams.
- Identify gaps and improvements in team operations; track work per NinjaOne’s practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape requirements and vision.
