In this role, you lead cross-team collaborations, set engineering standards, and apply AI-assisted practices to improve development, testing, and delivery while maintaining focus on reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of Java development experience on product apps.
- 5+ years designing scalable systems and leading teams.
- Strong system design, bottleneck analysis, and performance tuning.
- Experience with distributed patterns: Saga, CQRS, event sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Influence architectural decisions and oversee complex tech solutions.
- Make high-impact technical choices with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with product, infra, and engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards.
- Own large-scale multi-team initiatives and drive resolutions.
- Advocate quality and implement robust assurance practices.
- Apply AI tools in coding, testing, and review processes.
