Job summary

NinjaOne, a leading IT operations platform, seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Java, to design and implement scalable features and platform improvements for millions of endpoints. You’ll join a team delivering mission-critical cloud services with high availability and strong customer focus.

You’ll work with engineers across disciplines, influence architectural decisions, and own initiatives while mentoring others in a hybrid remote role within the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of Java software development for product applications.
• 5+ years in highly scalable systems.
• Experience with API design and RESTful services (Jersey/Spring).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of large-scale software applications with quality-first focus.
• Influence architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards across projects.
