NinjaOne seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Java to enhance our IT Operations platform. You will design and implement scalable, high-availability software powering millions of endpoints and cloud services in AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/CE/IT.
• 10+ years Java software development experience for product applications.
• 5+ years in highly scalable systems.
• Experience solving complex system design challenges.
• Proficient in API design and RESTful services; Spring experience.
• Strong relational DB design and development.
• Caching systems experience.
• Data warehouse exposure and testing/automation tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of large-scale software applications with quality-first standards.
• Influence critical architectural decisions for scalable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Own technical initiatives and drive improvements with data from support.
• Advocate for quality assurance and high-performance software.
• Perform additional duties to support team success.
