Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Software Asset Management Analyst to support enterprise software request fulfillment, software asset management, licensing compliance, and software governance activities within a Federal IT environment.

The role involves processing requests, validating requirements, coordinating fulfillment with Government customers, CORs, and product owners, and maintaining accurate entitlement documentation. Remote work is available to residents of designated states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years in software asset support or IT service operations.
• Experience with intake, data entry, ticket workflows and customer comms.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process enterprise software requests.
• Coordinate fulfillment activities and stakeholder communications.
• Enter requests into the IT Acquisition Request system and track lifecycle.
• Support software governance and licensing compliance processes.
• Maintain entitlement documentation and reconcile data.
