Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Senior SME Software Asset Management Analyst to lead licensing strategy, compliance initiatives, and governance for government programs. This remote role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

The candidate will manage license evaluation, vendor audits, and enterprise licensing posture, collaborating with FAA stakeholders and product teams to ensure compliant procurement and cost-effective licensing across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or IT.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years in software asset support and/or IT service operations.
• Familiarity with SAM repositories and installation protocols (i.e., license keys, installation files, installations instructions, and product documentation).
• Demonstrated experience supporting vendor audits, enterprise agreement strategies, and complex compliance scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for software, ensure tickets are acknowledged, and provide routine status updates.
• Perform FAA IT Standards (TPR) conformance checks and route standards-related actions as required.
• Submit license evaluation requests to support licensing compliance prior to purchase and/or installation.
• Coordinate fulfillment, including interface with customers, vendor managers, CORs, and product owners; request vendor quotes and enter purchase requests into iViews/ITAR.
• Assign installation tasks and maintain entitlement information in the SLIF and repositories.
• Provide SLIF and entitlement documentation to SW Licensing Specialists for repository entry.
• Track progress through closure and support vendor audit readiness for enterprise software agreements.
