Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a SME Software Asset Management Analyst to serve as the senior technical authority for software asset management, licensing strategy, technology optimization, and compliance initiatives supporting government programs.

The role is remote, with candidate residency limited to specified states, and requires US citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance. The position emphasizes vendor audits, enterprise agreement strategies, and complex compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years in software asset support and/or IT service operations.
• Familiarity with SAM repositories and installation protocols (license keys, installation files, instructions, docs).
• Experience supporting vendor audits, enterprise agreement strategies, and complex compliance scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for software, ensure tickets are acknowledged, and provide routine status updates.
• Coordinate licensing compliance before purchase and/or installation.
• Interface with customers to confirm requirements are well-formed and aligned to the purchase approach.
• Track progress through closure and support enterprise license posture and audit readiness.
