Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business/IS/IT).
• 8+ years in federal procurement, software acquisition, or category management.
• Experience coordinating acquisition documentation, schedules, and approvals.
• Strong writing, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support software acquisition requirements planning and strategy documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop clearly defined requirements and SOW/SON/BCAs.
• Develop and maintain procurement artifacts and governance briefings.
• Track software renewal calendars, risks, and action items.
• Translate complex information into executive-ready procurement recommendations.
