Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Software Asset Management Analyst to support enterprise software requests, licensing compliance, and governance within a Federal IT environment. The role involves processing requests, validating requirements, and coordinating fulfillment with government customers and stakeholders.

The position is remote, with eligibility for residents of specified states. U.S. Citizenship is required and the candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT or related field.
• Minimum five years of software asset support or IT service operations.
• Experience with intake, data entry, ticket workflows, and customer communications in IT services.
• Knowledge of software requests, vendor quotes, and procurement intake.
• Experience supporting governance processes and conformance workflows.
• Familiarity with software entitlement repositories and installation protocols.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and traceability skills.
• Ability to coordinate across technical, acquisition, financial, and asset management stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for enterprise software.
• Acknowledge and update requests according to service expectations.
• Interface with customers to confirm complete requirements.
• Track requests through fulfillment lifecycle to closure.
• Coordinate with vendor managers, CORs, product owners and procurement.
• Request vendor quotes and coordinate funding with customers.
• Enter software purchase requests into the IT Acquisition system.
• Assign installation tasks and coordinate with technical teams.
• Perform standards conformance checks for requested software.
• Support license evaluation requests for compliance.
• Reconcile entitlement data with consumption/inventory.
