Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Senior Software Licensing Specialist to support enterprise licensing, entitlement management, and asset governance within a Federal IT environment.

You will guide licensing activities, collaborate with Government management on strategic objectives, and ensure compliant procurement and audit-ready documentation across multiple teams while working remotely from eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software licensing support and IT asset management.
• Experience executing structured intake, data entry, ticket workflows and customer communications in IT services.
• Advanced knowledge of software request fulfillment, vendor quoting, and procurement intake.
• Experience with governance workflows and compliance.
• Ability to analyze software entitlements against inventory and usage data.
• Strong documentation discipline and audit-ready licensing records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate license disposition and availability for customer software needs.
• Research and analyze procurement records, invoices, licensing terms, and EULAs.
• Determine entitlement availability to satisfy software requests.
• Maintain accurate license and entitlement information in repositories.
• Perform reconciliation and compliance analysis comparing entitlements to usage data.
• Identify licensing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure licensing documents are complete, traceable, and audit-ready.
• Lead and mentor team members, handling escalations.
