(NDi) is seeking a Senior Program Analyst - Software Procurement Expertise to support enterprise software acquisition, renewal planning, and governance in a Federal IT environment. The role partners with software asset management, acquisition, and program teams to ensure cost-effective, compliant procurements and renewals.

Responsibilities
- Support software acquisition strategy development and documentation
- Coordinate requirements with technical, business, acquisition, and program stakeholders
- Prepare SOW/SOO/IGCEs and market research analyses
- Maintain procurement artifacts and status reports for governance
- Develop executive-ready procurement briefings and reports
- Track schedules, risks, and decisions for renewal actions
