Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Social Media Associate to amplify our mission across digital channels. You will lead content planning, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a consistent, engaging presence on Instagram and Facebook, with future expansion to YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing social media publishing and community engagement.
Experience with established brands ( nonprofit or corporate ).
Experience with Sprout Social or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Define social media strategy and scheduling cadence.
Manage influencer relationships and partnerships.
Support paid social goals through organic channels.
Plan and manage design and copywriting for content.
Coordinate with Creative and Communications to source assets.
Monitor platform algorithms and adapt strategies.
Maintain up-to-date, accessible social profiles.
Publish monthly performance reports and share insights.
