Job summary

Kiva, a nonprofit expanding financial access, is seeking a Social Media Associate in the United States. This remote, full-time role supports strategy and content across Instagram, Facebook, and potential new channels, working with the Growth & Lifecycle team.

You will manage posting with Sprout Social, coordinate influencer partnerships, monitor engagement, and produce monthly performance reports. Requires 2+ years of social media management, nonprofit or corporate brand experience, and strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing social media publishing and community engagement.
• Experience with established brands (nonprofit or corporate).
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar social management platforms.
• Experience with Canva and applying brand guidelines into designs.
• Strong attention to detail and operational consistency.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Ability to triage and elevate issues appropriately.
• Comfortable working independently within a defined scope.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage social strategy across channels and scheduling cadence.
• Coordinate with Growth & Lifecycle to manage influencers and content planning.
• Publish content on Sprout and ensure proper tagging, links, and accessibility.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and compile monthly performance reports.
