Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Digital Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, manage paid campaigns, and nurture an active nonprofit community. You will drive end-to-end social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, coordinating multimedia content and editorial calendars.

You will leverage Wrike for project planning and HubSpot for campaign alignment, tracking, and attribution, while monitoring performance and optimizing ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars and campaigns.
• Practical experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns and lead tracking.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe CC, or Figma for visual assets.
• Strong written English for professional and mission-driven audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple channels.
• Scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) and optimize ROAS.
• Monitor and nurture online communities and brand advocates.
• Manage project workflows in Wrike and report performance across channels.
