TechSoup, a global nonprofit social enterprise, is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own the company’s worldwide social presence. You’ll lead organic strategy, scale paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta), and nurture an engaged nonprofit network across platforms.

You will coordinate cross-functional marketing workflows using Wrike and HubSpot, and craft mission-driven content with Canva/Adobe tools.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sectors preferred.
• Hands-on Wrike for editorial calendars, campaigns and cross-team deliverables.
• Proficient copywriting and visual design for mission-driven audiences.
• Strong analytics and attribution tracking across channels.

Aufgaben

• Lead organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels.
• Scale multinational paid social campaigns to drive leads and registrations.
• Monitor daily discussions and respond to maintain community trust.
• Collaborate on tracking, pixels and audience frameworks for campaigns.
• Manage Wrike calendars and HubSpot-aligned marketing workflows.
• Measure and report performance of organic and paid social efforts.
• Identify top contributors to nurture advocacy and user-generated content.
