TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence and online community ecosystem. You will drive organic social strategy, scale international paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, and nurture nonprofit advocates.

You will work with Wrike for workflow and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing, joining a remote, cross-time-zone team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Hands-on project management using Wrike or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple channels.
• Scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta) to drive leads and registrations.
• Monitor daily community interactions and nurture brand advocates.
• Manage campaign workflows in Wrike and align with HubSpot marketing workflows.
• Analyze performance and report insights across channels.
