Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical, and community-driven Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta), manage engagement across platforms, and nurture nonprofit advocates.

You will work with Wrike and HubSpot for cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing organic social media, paid social, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit sectors preferred.
• Proficient with Wrike for editorial calendars and campaigns.
• Proficient with HubSpot for marketing workflows, lead tracking, and CRM integration.
• Strong copywriting and visual sense; comfortable using Canva/Adobe/Figma.

Responsibilities

• 1) Social Media Strategy & Editorial Content: develop multi-national strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels; own editorial calendar; draft compelling mission-driven social copy; coordinate multimedia content.
• 2) Paid Social Advertising: plan, launch, test, optimize campaigns across LinkedIn & Meta to drive leads and registrations; advise on targeting and ROAS.
• 3) Online Community Management: monitor discussions, respond promptly, engage advocates, foster peer-to-peer content.
• 4) Project Workflow & Performance Reporting: manage campaigns in Wrike; align with HubSpot; track attribution; report on organic and paid performance; provide insights.
