Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, and nurture nonprofit advocates.

You’ll work with Wrike for project management and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing, while collaborating across teams to optimize content, engagement, and measurement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop multichannel social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Own Sprinklr editorial calendar and craft mission-driven social copy with multimedia assets.
• Manage LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership programs to grow subscribers.
• Plan, launch, and optimize multinational paid social campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Collaborate with marketing on UTM tracking, pixels, and audience frameworks.
• Monitor daily discussions and respond to maintain high community trust.
• Proactively engage in relevant external communities and activate brand advocates.
• Use Wrike for end-to-end workflow and reporting; align campaigns with HubSpot for leads and attribution.
• Analyze performance across organic and paid channels; report insights and trends.
• Build a network of top contributors for peer-to-peer content and user stories.
