Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, oversee paid social performance, and nurture our online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and Meta), and engage nonprofit advocates.

You’ll also work with Wrike for project management and HubSpot for campaign alignment and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or the nonprofit/social impact sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and execute TechSoup’s multinational social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize international paid ad campaigns to drive leads and registrations.
• Monitor daily conversations, respond to community inquiries, and nurture brand advocates.
• Manage campaigns and reporting in Wrike and HubSpot, with data-driven attribution and performance insights.
