Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Creative Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, manage paid campaigns, and nurture a nonprofit advocate network. You will lead end-to-end organic strategy and scale international LinkedIn and Meta campaigns.

You'll work within Wrike for editorial calendars and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing, plus create engaging visuals with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars and campaigns.
• Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for targeted campaigns.
• Experience creating clean visual assets with Canva, Adobe CC, or Figma.
• Strong grasp of web analytics and attribution (GA4, UTM tagging).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multi-national social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Own the editorial calendar and coordinate multimedia creative for campaigns, product launches, events, and programs.
• Manage our recurring LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership series to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive leads and registrations; optimize targeting and ROAS.
• Monitor daily discussions across channels, engage the community, and nurture brand advocates.
• Use Wrike and HubSpot to manage workflows, track performance, and report results.
