Zusammenfassung

TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical, and community-driven Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta), and nurture our nonprofit advocates while coordinating with Wrike and HubSpot for project alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities (experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred).
• Project Management: Hands-on experience using Wrike (or equivalent) to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• MarTech Tools: Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Paid Social Mastery: Proficiency managing targeted campaigns and budgets in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

Aufgaben

• 1. Social Media Strategy & Editorial Content: Contribute to the development and execution of TechSoup’s multi-national social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels; own the editorial calendar and create mission-driven social copy; manage ongoing LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership series.
• 2. Paid Social Advertising: Plan, launch, test, and optimize multi-national paid campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager; optimize targeting, formats, bidding, and creative assets to maximize ROAS and lower CPA.
• 3. Online Community Management: Monitor daily discussions, respond to mentions and DMs, engage external communities, and nurture top contributors to encourage peer-to-peer content.
• 4. Project Workflow & Performance Reporting: Manage campaigns in Wrike and HubSpot, track leads and attribution, measure performance, and compile insights to inform marketing decisions.
