Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem. You will lead editorial strategy, craft mission-driven content, and drive engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.

You will collaborate with Wrike for campaigns and HubSpot for lead tracking, while nurturing nonprofit advocates and reporting on performance across organic and paid channels. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities, with preference for B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit sectors.
• Experience using Wrike to manage calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Practical experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, and CRM integration.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for targeted campaigns and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy and editorial content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) to drive leads, registrations, and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to online discussions; grow community advocacy and peer-to-peer content.
• Manage editorial calendars and content scheduling in Wrike; track performance and approvals.
• Collaborate on UTM tracking, pixel management, and audience targeting templates.
• Report performance and insights across organic and paid social channels.
