TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical, and community-driven Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta), manage brand engagement across platforms, and nurture nonprofit advocates, using Wrike and HubSpot for coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on Wrike experience for editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Practical experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture, and CRM integration.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for paid campaigns.
• Proven ability to grow audience engagement and activate brand advocates.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills using Canva/Adobe/Figma.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute multi-national social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Lead editorial calendar, draft mission-driven copy, and coordinate multimedia assets for campaigns and product launches.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor communities, respond to discussions, and engage top contributors; report performance insights.
