Job summary

TechSoup is a global nonprofit social enterprise accelerating technology adoption for nonprofits. We seek a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s online presence, scale paid campaigns, and nurture our nonprofit advocate network.

You will lead organic social strategy, manage international campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and Meta, and coordinate with Wrike and HubSpot for cross-functional workflows and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on experience using Wrike for editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Experience managing targeted campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills using Canva, Adobe CC, or Figma.
• Solid grasp of web analytics and attribution tracking (e.g., GA4, UTM tagging).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multinational social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Draft compelling mission-driven social copy and coordinate multimedia creative for campaigns and launches.
• Manage the LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership series to grow subscribers.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta to drive leads and registrations.
• Optimize targeting, ad formats, bidding, and creative assets to improve ROAS and lower CPA.
• Monitor daily discussions and respond to maintain community trust.
• Identify and engage top community contributors to encourage peer-to-peer content.
• Manage campaign workflows and content schedules in Wrike and align campaigns in HubSpot.
• Measure and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
• Compile insights to inform broader marketing decisions.
