Job summary

TechSoup is a global nonprofit social enterprise using technology to empower nonprofits. We’re seeking a creative Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s digital presence, manage paid social, and cultivate our online community.

You will lead organic social strategy, run international campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, and coordinate with Wrike for project management and HubSpot for campaign alignment and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills for mission-driven audiences.
• Solid analytics and attribution tracking (GA4, UTM tagging).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) and optimize ROAS.
• Manage online community and engage nonprofit advocates.
• Coordinate campaigns and workflows using Wrike and HubSpot.
• Measure and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
