TechSoup is a high-impact, global nonprofit social enterprise using technology for the greater good. We are seeking a creative, analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta), and nurture our network of nonprofit advocates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities (experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or the nonprofit/social impact sector preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency managing targeted campaigns and budgets in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent written English skills tailored for professional and mission-driven audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multinational social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Manage editorial calendar in Sprinklr and craft compelling social copy with multimedia assets for campaigns, product launches, events, and programs.
• Grow LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership series to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
• Plan, launch, and optimize multinational paid social campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager to drive leads and registrations.
• Monitor and respond to daily discussions across channels to maintain high community trust and engagement.
• Identify and nurture top community contributors to encourage peer-to-peer content and advocacy.
• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows in Wrike and track leads in HubSpot; report on attribution and performance.
