Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid ad campaigns, and nurture our nonprofit advocate network.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in social media management, community building, and analytics, with proficiency in Wrike, HubSpot, Sprinklr, and ad platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Proven ability to manage editorial calendars and cross-team campaigns in Wrike or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture, or CRM integration.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills using Canva/Adobe/Figma.
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple channels.
• Scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta) to drive leads and registrations.
• Manage online community engagement and nurture brand advocates.
• Coordinate campaigns and content with Wrike and HubSpot for tracking and attribution.
• Monitor performance and report on ROAS, CPA, and overall impact.
