TechSoup seeks a creative Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own its global social presence and online ecosystem. You will lead organic social strategy, scale paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta), manage brand engagement, and nurture nonprofit advocates.

Bring 3–5 years in organic and paid social, knowledge of Wrike and HubSpot, and strong copy/visual skills for mission-driven audiences. Remote role with US-wide coverage.

Formación

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sectors preferred.
• Hands-on with Wrike for editorial calendars and campaigns.
• Practical use of HubSpot for marketing campaigns and lead tracking.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills for mission-driven audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own global social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Lead end-to-end organic social, scale international paid social campaigns.
• Manage brand engagement and nurture nonprofit advocates.
• Coordinate multimedia creative assets for campaigns and launches.
• Monitor community discussions and respond to maintain trust.
• Report performance; analyze attribution across channels.
