Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta), and online community ecosystem.

You will drive organic strategy, manage editorial content, newsletters, and cross‑functional campaigns using Wrike and HubSpot, while collaborating with a fully remote team across time zones. 3–5 years of relevant experience is required, with preference for nonprofit or tech sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Proven ability to manage editorial calendars and cross‑team campaigns.
• Strong writing and visual design skills for mission-driven audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end organic social strategy for global platforms.
• Scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
• Manage online community engagement and advocacy programs.
• Coordinate campaigns using Wrike and HubSpot for tracking and attribution.
• Analyze performance and report on ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics.
