Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to lead global organic social strategy, scale paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta), and nurture a nonprofit advocate network. You’ll use Wrike for workflows and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and attribution, driving engagement and impact across international communities.

This remote, full-time role requires 3–5 years in social media, strong copy and visuals, and experience with enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Hands-on proficiency with targeted campaigns and budgets in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to grow audience engagement and activate brand advocates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Scale international paid social ad campaigns and optimize targeting, formats, and CPA/ROAS.
• Monitor daily social conversations, engage communities, and respond to DMs and mentions.
• Manage campaigns and content schedules in Wrike and align with HubSpot for lead tracking and attribution.
• Measure and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
