Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own its global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem. You will craft compelling social copy, manage multimedia assets, and drive subscriber growth through a LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership programs.

With 3–5 years in organic and paid social, you will coordinate cross-channel campaigns in a fully remote, global nonprofit context.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multinational multi-channel social media strategy.
• Own editorial calendar and draft mission-driven social copy; coordinate multimedia assets.
• Manage LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership to grow subscribers and engagement.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and registrations.
• Monitor and engage across channels; nurture top community contributors.
• Track performance with analytics; report findings to inform marketing decisions.
