Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem. This full-time role is remote and supports our international nonprofit network.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities (B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit sector preferred).
• Experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Demonstrated community-building experience with audience engagement and brand advocates.
• Strong copywriting and visual sense for professional, mission-driven audiences.
• Solid understanding of web analytics and attribution tracking (GA4, UTMs).
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across a fully remote, multi-time-zone team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multi-national social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Draft compelling, mission-driven social copy and coordinate multimedia assets for campaigns and product launches.
• Manage the LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership series to drive subscriber growth.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize multi-national paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, and creative assets to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Collaborate on UTM tracking, pixel management, and audience targeting frameworks.
• Monitor daily discussions across channels and engage to maintain high community trust.
• Manage Wrike workflows and align social campaigns with HubSpot-driven marketing efforts.
• Measure, analyze, and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
