Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem. This remote, full-time role leads end-to-end social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels, driving engagement and subscriber growth.

You will scale international paid campaigns, manage editorial calendars, and collaborate using Wrike and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media, paid social, and online communities (nonprofit/tech/SaaS experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage editorial calendars and cross-functional campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling tailored for mission-driven audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple channels.
• Scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta) and optimize ROAS.
• Manage brand engagement and nurture nonprofit advocates across platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows in Wrike and align campaigns in HubSpot.
• Analyze performance and report insights for continuous improvement.
