Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to lead its global social presence, paid campaigns, and online communities. You will own editorial calendars, craft mission-driven copy, coordinate multimedia assets, and drive subscriber growth through newsletters and thought leadership.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns in multiple channels, optimize ROAS, and report on performance. A strong remote-work mindset and collaborative, cross-timezone teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing organic social media, paid social, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit sector preferred.
• Strong written English and visual content skills.
• Familiarity with Wrike and HubSpot for marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook and others.
• Draft mission-driven social copy and coordinate multimedia assets for campaigns.
• Manage a LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership content.
• Plan, launch and optimize multinational paid social campaigns.
• Monitor and respond in online communities; foster peer discussions.
• Track performance with analytics and report insights to stakeholders.
