Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own its global social presence and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta), and nurture nonprofit advocates.

You will use Wrike for project management and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multinational social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Draft compelling, mission-driven social copy and coordinate multimedia creative for campaigns and events.
• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and registrations; refine targeting and creative assets.
