Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels, coordinating multimedia creative and editorial calendars. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Wrike and HubSpot, managing multi-national campaigns and nurturing nonprofit advocates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Practical experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Experience managing campaigns and budgets in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multi-national, multi-channel social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Own the editorial calendar on Sprinklr, draft compelling mission-driven social copy, and coordinate multimedia creative for campaigns and events.
• Manage recurring LinkedIn newsletters and thought leadership to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive lead generation and org registrations.
• Monitor daily discussions across channels and nurture top community contributors.
• Use Wrike to manage workflows and content schedules; use HubSpot to align campaigns and track leads.
• Measure and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
