Icuc is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive account management and retention for enterprise clients. You will work with revenue and operations teams, manage projects and budgets, and respond to client briefs with strategic social media insights.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, support in set‑up and implementation of social media projects, and maintain Salesforce data for opportunities and projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in an agency setting with enterprise clients.
• Proficient knowledge of managing organic social media.
• Experience with paid social media strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage major brands and Fortune 1000 accounts as the primary client contact.
• Grow value and long-term value of assigned accounts.
• Deliver client reviews, status meetings and presentations; inform on new ICUC products.
