Job summary

ICUC is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead strategic account management for Fortune 1000 brands across global markets. You will retain and grow client relationships, coordinate with revenue and operations, and drive adoption of ICUC products and services.

You will manage social media programs, present insights, and work with Strategy and Insights teams. Travel for onsite client visits may be required; strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency setting and with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with community management, planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Account management for major brands, retaining and growing client relationships.
• Deliver client reviews, status meetings, and presentations.
• Advise on social media strategy with Strategy and Insights teams.
• Support setup and execution of social media projects.
• Maintain Salesforce Opps and Projects; assist with proposals and SOWs.
• Collaborate with other agencies and teams; contribute to new business pitches.
• Help shape ICUC’s strategic offerings with senior management.
