ICUC seeks a Client Success Manager to lead strategic engagement with enterprise clients, delivering value and overseeing projects from kickoff to renewal.

You will partner with Strategy, Insights, and Sales teams, manage budgets, and present to senior stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and social media expertise are essential for success in a fast-paced, global remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media management, preferably with enterprise clients.
• Experience with organic social media; paid social experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, planning and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Account management for major brands and Fortune 1000 clients.
• Lead client reviews, status meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Insights teams to advise on social media.
• Manage set-up and execution of social media projects and budgets.
• Maintain Salesforce Opps and Projects; contribute to proposals.
