Job summary

ITI Digital is seeking a Client Success Manager to act as the primary relationship manager for a diverse client portfolio across our DXP platform and managed destination websites. You will own onboarding, ongoing engagements, product adoption, and the renewal process, guiding a small CS team and collaborating with product and strategy teams.

Qualifications

Experience in client success or account management for SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of onboarding, renewal and upsell cycles.
Familiarity with DMOs, government agencies, or economic development orgs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding across the DXP platform and managed sites.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and run periodic reviews.
Own renewal process and identify expansion opportunities with Sales.
Monitor client health, flag risks, and collaborate with internal teams.
Lead a small team of Client Success Specialists guiding client interactions.
