Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of pending cases awaiting secondary review.
• Rigorously review cases using a standardized case review tool.
• Navigate eligibility systems and electronic documents to research cases.
• Document findings and communicate results to eligibility technicians.
• Identify root causes of case errors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Skills

Extensive understanding and knowledge of SNAP eligibility policy

Familiarity with SNAP Quality Control process and error rate calculation

Ability to work closely with team members and managers

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Detail and process improvement oriented

Education
