Qualifications

• Experience supervising SNAP staff or conducting SNAP QA.
• Knowledge of SNAP eligibility policy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze current eligibility operations and case processing.
• Review QC findings to identify root causes of payment errors.
• Translate QC findings into training, policy clarifications, or system changes.
• Perform in-depth case reviews to identify root causes of errors.
• Identify measures to reduce errors, improve efficiency and customer service.
• Develop tools to prioritize and review error-prone cases for QA activities.
• Advise agency leaders on implementation and change management.
