Mondelez International in the United States seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across your territory, building strong retailer relationships and driving flawless merchandising.

You will hit monthly and quarterly sales targets, coach merchandisers, plan data-driven strategies, and collaborate with store personnel to expand the business while complying with safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends & holidays.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes.

Responsabilités

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers to drive performance and development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory growth.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
