Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery success across a multi-city territory. You will lead in-store execution, build customer relations, and energize the sales team to hit targets.

You will manage merchandisers, optimize shelf impact, and tailor strategies to store demographics. A flexible schedule and travel within the territory are required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes.
• Physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier loads.
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts using retail selling methodologies.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store merchandising programs.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
