Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the SMB segment supporting the Phoenix market on a remote basis.

The role focuses on designing and presenting wireless solutions to meet customer needs, with emphasis on wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added offerings to guide sales strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing coverage, participating in customer meetings, and assisting with in-building requests while collaborating with sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required)
• Previous B2B direct sales experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales (Preferred)
• Experience supporting Small Medium Business Accounts (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
