Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking an SMB Inside Sales Representative to drive new business across a defined geography. This quota-carrying role reports to the Manager of Inside Sales and involves complex selling within a full sales cycle.

You will become proficient in Keeper’s frontline sales strategies, building relationships with prospects and turning opportunities into active Keeper contracts. The role supports remote work with Hybrid options for those in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software sales experience.
• Experience selling software into IT organizations.
• Salesforce experience.
• Web-conference demo experience.
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Experience managing full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients weekly.
• Ensure customers remain on an active Keeper contract.
• Build a continuous pipeline of prospect accounts.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Keeper products.
