You will deliver product trials, assist with implementation, and provide second-line technical support to customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pre-sales, strong communication, and cloud/security expertise, with travel up to 10%.

• Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate a high-quality product to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products.
• Conduct product demonstrations remotely or on-site for customers and partners.
• Assist with implementation and integration; provide level-2 technical assistance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to stay current on features and updates.
• Update Salesforce with activity and customer interactions.
