MPLC is hiring a Small Business Account Executive to drive outbound growth for SMBs across the United States in a fully remote setup. You will own the prospecting-to-close cycle, build a scalable pipeline, and help businesses operate legally when showing movies and TV in commercial spaces.

You will thrive on fast-paced outreach, handle multiple time zones (PST–EST), and collaborate with a remote team to meet quotas through uncapped commissions and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of B2B sales or cold-calling experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a strong plus.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones (PST through EST).
• Thick-skinned, quota-driven, persistent attitude.

Responsabilités

• Own a high-volume outbound desk, prospecting, cold calling, and closing new SMB accounts across U.S. time zones.
• Drive outbound growth and secure compliance for clients using film in public/commercial spaces.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch; hit quotas and close deals.
• Collaborate autonomously in a fully remote environment while contributing to the team.
