Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking a driven Account Manager, SMB to grow our current customer base by identifying upsell opportunities and guiding customers to higher plans or additional users. You’ll partner with Customer Success Managers, run product demos, unlock expansion potential, and build a healthy pipeline with reliable forecasts to drive revenue.

This remote position requires residency in the United States and offers a competitive base with uncapped commissions and equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or similar revenue-generating roles.
• Experience in SaaS or tech sales with high-volume SMB accounts preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and expansion of the current SMB customer base by identifying upsell opportunities.
• Educate customers on benefits of upgrading or adding users to enhance their CompanyCam experience.
• Meet with customers to understand processes and challenges, and perform product demos.
• Partner with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities within accounts and maintain a reliable forecast.
• Provide feedback to inform product and marketing strategies and ensure customers derive maximum value.
