WM is seeking an Account Associate I for its Small/Medium business customers. This remote role does not require regular office attendance, but applicants must live within 50 miles of Baltimore, MD or Pittsburgh, PA metro area.

As part of a team, you will handle inbound calls, provide retention and renewal support, and use Salesforce and pricing tools to document activities and close agreements. Eligible for monthly commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 1 year B2B account management, inside sales, or sales-focused customer service.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow WM's Small/Medium business customer book.
• Handle inbound calls and proactive outreach to prevent cancellations.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce and pricing tools.
• Collaborate with team to meet retention and growth goals.
